- What areas do you deliver to?

- Is delivery, setup, and takedown included in the rental price?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the price unless otherwise stated. No hidden fees.
- How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Ideally, at least 1–2 weeks in advance.
- How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is for one day. We deliver before your event starts and pick up after it ends. Extended rental options are available – just ask!
- What do I need to prepare before you arrive?
Please ensure a clear, flat area free of debris, sticks, rocks, or pet waste. Access to an electrical outlet within 100 feet is required unless you rent a generator from us.
- What happens if it rains?
Safety first! If rain is expected, we allow cancellations or reschedules with no penalty. Once setup is complete, there are no refunds for weather changes.
- Do you set up indoors too?
Yes! We can set up indoors at venues like gyms, halls, or large open rooms. Just make sure to check ceiling height clearance and entryway sizes.
- Are your bounce houses cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and sanitize each unit after every rental to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Do I need to be there for delivery and pickup?
Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at both delivery and pickup to sign the rental agreement and review setup instructions.
- What power is needed for the bounce house?
A standard 110v household outlet is sufficient. Each blower must have its own outlet; we provide extension cords if needed.
- Can you set up on surfaces other than grass?
Yes, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, turf, and indoors. Let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate anchors.
- Are there any restrictions on who can use the bounce houses?
Each unit has weight and capacity limits. We recommend grouping users by age and size to ensure safe play. Adults should only use bounce houses rated for adults.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal). A deposit may be required to reserve your date.
- Is a deposit required?
A small deposit is typically required to hold your reservation. The balance is due upon delivery or before the event date.
- What happens if there is damage to the bounce house?
Normal wear and tear is expected, but damages caused by negligence may result in additional fees. We review all safety rules during setup to help prevent any issues.
